FAQ
Do I need to buy an OMR machine?
No. A regular scanner is enough. CoMS reads the sheets right in the browser and gives you marks, ranks and pass/fail automatically.
Can students see OMR and written exam results online?
Yes. Once you publish, each student sees marks, pass or fail, merit position and the top of the list in their own login, whether the exam was OMR, written or both. Result SMS can go to them and their guardians too.
Do I have to run online classes to use CoMS?
No. Videos, online exams and live classes are there when you want them. A fully offline coaching still gives students their results online.
Can I run several branches?
Yes. Each branch gets its own managers, admissions and wallet, and you see every branch together from one owner dashboard.
Can parents get results by SMS?
Yes. Send result SMS to students and guardians in one click, with delivery reports so you know who received it.
Can students pay online, or in parts?
Yes. Online payment via SSLCommerz is built in, and branches can admit students on part payment with a due date.
Can I use my own domain?
